Soak the cashew nuts for 15 minutes in warm water.
Cut the cauliflower to the desired size.
Take 1/2 teaspoon ghee in a kadai, the shallow fry for 2 minutes the following ingredients - Fennel seeds and green chillies.
Grind coconut, shallow fried fennel seeds & green chillies and soaked cashew nuts in a mixie.
Shallow fry the onion to golden brown and keep it aside.
Add 5 tablespoon of ghee in a kadai, then add bay lead, cinnamon, star anise, 1/4 spoon fennel seeds, shallow fry for one minute. Now add the cauliflower & green peas and fry with very low flame for 10 minutes.
Now add water until the cauliflower is submerged.
Add a little salt to it. Let it boil till the cauliflower & green peas becomes soft.
Now add the mixture from the mixie and the fried onion to it.
Add salt as desire and allow the cauliflower in the kadai to boil for 15 minutes.
Now turnoff the stove and transfer the cauliflower kurma which is ready, into a bowl.
Decorate the yummy cauliflower kurma with coriander leaves. Cauliflower kurma will go well with rice, chapathi and dosa when served hot.
