Raw banana is not a favourite for all, especially children. But I am sure if you prepare in this method they will love it and will ask for more. Also good for the digestive system. Enjoy your raw banana fry.

45 minutes 3 persons

INGREDIENTS

Raw Banana - 1 or 2
Chilli Powder - 1/2 Table spoon
Danya Powder - 1/2 Table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Table spoon
Fennel seed powder - 1/2 Table spoon
Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 Table spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 Table spoon
Corn flour - 1 Table spoon
Salt - As required
Oil for frying - 5 Table spoon

RECIPE STEPS

STEP 1

Peel the skin of raw banana and cut into pieces. The pieces should be little thick (round shape as seen in the picture).

STEP 2

Half boil the raw banana pieces . Add a pinch of salt to the water.

STEP 3

Drain the water and spread the boiled raw banana on to a plate.

STEP 4

Now mix all the powders as given in the ingredients column into a bowl.

STEP 5

While mixing add 1 table spoon oil and 1 spoon of water.

STEP 6

Now dip the boiled raw banana into the mixture one by one and keep it aside onto a plate for 15 minutes. Let it dry for a while.

STEP 7

Take a kadai, add 6 table spoon of oil and allow it to heat.

STEP 8

Now fry the raw banana little by little at a time, so that it will be very well roasted.

STEP 9

Raw banana fry will be very delicious with rice, especially curd rice. Very simple and easy to make.
