|Raw Banana - 1 or 2|
|Chilli Powder - 1/2 Table spoon|
|Danya Powder - 1/2 Table spoon|
|Turmeric powder - 1/2 Table spoon|
|Fennel seed powder - 1/2 Table spoon|
|Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 Table spoon|
|Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 Table spoon|
|Corn flour - 1 Table spoon|
|Salt - As required|
|Oil for frying - 5 Table spoon|
Peel the skin of raw banana and cut into pieces. The pieces should be little thick (round shape as seen in the picture).
Half boil the raw banana pieces . Add a pinch of salt to the water.
Drain the water and spread the boiled raw banana on to a plate.
Now mix all the powders as given in the ingredients column into a bowl.
While mixing add 1 table spoon oil and 1 spoon of water.
Now dip the boiled raw banana into the mixture one by one and keep it aside onto a plate for 15 minutes. Let it dry for a while.
Take a kadai, add 6 table spoon of oil and allow it to heat.
Now fry the raw banana little by little at a time, so that it will be very well roasted.
Raw banana fry will be very delicious with rice, especially curd rice. Very simple and easy to make.
