Cauliflower roast is easy to make with cauliflower taking the center stage of the dish. This simple snack goes with rice as well as standalone snack for parties, movie-time as well as a tea time snack.

INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower - 1 No.
Rice Flour - 4 Table spoon
Gram Flour - 3 Table spoon
Corn Flour - 2 Table spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Table spoon
Salt - 1 Table spoon
Oil - 250 ml
Turmeric Powder - 1 Pinch
Water - A little

RECIPE STEPS

STEP 1

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces or as you wish.

STEP 2

Half boil the cauliflower with 1/4 spoon salt and 1 pinch turmeric powder.

STEP 3

Drain the water and transfer the cauliflower on to a plate.

STEP 4

Now make a mixture of rice flour, gram flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt and little water into a bowl (Mixture should be solid).

STEP 5

Now add the boiled cauliflower into the bowl and mix it well. Let it dry for 15 minutes.

STEP 6

Add oil onto a kadai for frying. Once the oil is heated, add the boiled cauliflower little by little and deep fry.

STEP 7

Delicious cauliflower roast is ready. Transfer it on to a bowl or plate. It is very tasty with rice or best as a tea time snack.
