|Cauliflower - 1 No.|
|Rice Flour - 4 Table spoon|
|Gram Flour - 3 Table spoon|
|Corn Flour - 2 Table spoon|
|Red Chilli Powder - 1 Table spoon|
|Salt - 1 Table spoon|
|Oil - 250 ml|
|Turmeric Powder - 1 Pinch|
|Water - A little|
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces or as you wish.
Half boil the cauliflower with 1/4 spoon salt and 1 pinch turmeric powder.
Drain the water and transfer the cauliflower on to a plate.
Now make a mixture of rice flour, gram flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt and little water into a bowl (Mixture should be solid).
Now add the boiled cauliflower into the bowl and mix it well. Let it dry for 15 minutes.
Add oil onto a kadai for frying. Once the oil is heated, add the boiled cauliflower little by little and deep fry.
Delicious cauliflower roast is ready. Transfer it on to a bowl or plate. It is very tasty with rice or best as a tea time snack.
